The first time we met Hunter and Sarah we immediately clicked and felt like old friends sharing lattes and pie at The Pie Chest. We met them for an engagement session at Wintergreen on the most beautiful fall afternoon and absolutely loved our time exploring the woods, chasing the light, and ultimately watching the sunset from the most incredible heights overlooking the valley. Hunter and Sarah are high school sweethearts who love each other so authentically it makes us giddy.
Hunter and Sarah are the type of couple who makes our job feel less like a job. We always say we try to treat engagement sessions like a double date and this one absolutely felt like one! They even brought us their favorite Blanchard’s brew (Dark As Dark if you were curious) when they heard that we were using Blanchard’s beans at the Farmhaus! We only wish they lived closer so we could hang out all the time (and obviously drink more coffee together)! They are thoughtful and intentional and their love for Jesus radiates out of them onto each other and those around them. We really are super thankful for them and we cannot wait to capture their spring wedding at the University of Richmond! It’s going to be the most joyful celebration and we are honored to be part of this season.
Hunter and Sarah, thank you for trusting us to photograph your beautiful relationship. Thank you for caring for us so well and taking us up on the offer to be more than your wedding photographers 🙂 We are overjoyed for you two and cannot wait to watch you become husband and wife in April! Enjoy some of our favorites from your session! We think they are stunning! You two are the best!
cheers!
