Jo Beth and Pat were married in a sweet and intimate ceremony in Goshen, Virginia at the quaint
Hummingbird Inn. Their wedding was held on what would have been Patrick’s grandparent’s 62nd anniversary. Such a special way to honor such special people. The Inn’s property had so many beautiful corners for portraits and we loved exploring them with this laid back couple!
Jo Beth and Pat met at work… something Bethany and I are pretty familiar with. 🙂 Their wedding was just their style- attended by their families and closest friends. One of our favorite parts was during their vows when a train passed 100 yards away. Just long and loud enough to make things unique, but quick enough that it didn’t interrupt their special day.
We loved shooting their engagement session (see
here and
here) and were so honored to be part of their wedding. Jo Beth and Pat, we hope you guys are having SUCH a great time in Bermuda and an even better time enjoying your first few days as husband and wife!!
’til next time,
Aaron + Bethany
Love that smile as Pat saw his bride for the first time!
Isn’t she so pretty??
If you saw their e-shoot, you’re familiar with Jo Beth’s AWESOME throw-your-head-back laugh (:
This pastor was certainly one of a kind! We loved his message and cracked up when he said he guessed Pat could kiss his bride if he wanted to. Pat definitely wanted to.
Many thanks to all the people who helped make their day perfect:
