As of recently I have really been pondering how much of an honor it is to be a photographer.

Jonah’s senior session up at the Humpback Rocks cabin was no exception.

It is really humbling to be able to document any pivotal event in someones life- be it a wedding, a newly welcomed newborn or, in this case, a senior.

I mean these are this young man’s last moments before going off into the world.

It’s no small feat to graduate from high school and start a life on your own, away from your parents.

I am so glad that the Taylor family asked me to play a part in capturing this part of his life.

We had a great time up on the parkway that afternoon.

Aside from seeing a terrifyingly large snake, the session was all we could have asked for!

Jonah, West Virginia’s finest acquisition, is such a natural behind the camera and these photos are so evident!
