When Bethany and I got married I realized I wasn’t your “typical” groom. I didn’t just want to be given 3 options and asked to choose my favorite. I wanted to be involved in the process- I wanted to be part of designing our day from beginning to end. Jordan and I have that in common. Bridget is finishing up her degree at the
University of Virginia right now so Jordan is taking the reins and leading the wedding planning for their big day in May.
We met them on the Blue Ridge Parkway on a frigid Sunday afternoon for their engagement session. The wind was relentless but the sun warmed us and made their portraits so cozy. These two have the sweetest love. They were so natural in front of the camera and snuggling came easy for them (and honestly it was a necessity for staying warm on the mountain). We wandered through the tall grass and enjoyed the last bits of fall color before taking them to one of our favorite overlooks on the parkway.
Beautiful views and a beautiful couple.
Bridget and Jordan we love watching the way you love each other. Thank you guys for hanging out with us.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you this spring!
cheers!
