A few weeks before they said “I do” we got to meet up at a favorite park in Charlottesville to photograph Elise and Dillon. It’s always fun to photograph real-life friends and a fellow wedding industry pal. These are some of my favorite sessions, happy people tromping through the tall grass in the gorgeous golden autumn light. I always say good light is more important than any specific location, and I hope these images convince you of the truth of that.
