Blue Ridge Parkway Engagement Session | Erin + Matt

When a couple brings coffee all the way from their favorite shop in Michigan to their engagement session we take it as a wonderful sign of all that is to come. (Thanks Matt + Erin!) Aaron and I met Erin and Matt at the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway on a Sunday since they’d flown in from Michigan for the weekend. The wind blew fiercely but the clouds literally danced across the blue sky and we had a great time sharing some of Virginia’s beautiful sights and views with these two as we drove down the Parkway. It takes a lot to not only jump in a car and put your trust in people you’ve just met, but to wander through high grass and hike down rocky mountains in your sandals and we definitely put these two through the wringer. But Erin and Matt were so willing and so fun and we had the best time exploring the Parkway together.

M + E are saying “I do” a month from tomorrow and we can’t wait to share the day with them at King Family Vineyards. We are looking forward to more stunning mountain views in our future.
