Old Town Alexandria, Virginia: Shilla + Joon Ho Engagement Session
Shilla and Joon Ho’s Old Town Alexandria engagement session was so fun! Cobblestone streets, ivy covered alleyways, fountains in the square, the waterfront, and so much more. Aaron and I had never visited this area before so we owned the saying, ‘not all who wander are lost’. We wandered to our hearts content… and til the sun was completely gone! Shilla and Joon are warm and friendly and it didn’t matter for a moment that this was our first time meeting. We loved getting to know this sweet couple as we explored a new town together.
Shill and Joon are planning a one-of-a-kind wedding in the spring. Their morning Belmont Country Club wedding is going to be full of their Korean culture. We LOVE the idea that Shilla will say her vows in english (since she was born and raised in the states) and Joon will say his in Korean to honor his own birthplace. Perfect!
