I started Scott and Sandy’s wedding day by joining the group on a hike from the
Inn at Sugar Hollow Farm. Not your typical wedding day prep, but these guys are seriously so crazy about each other that they wanted to hang out ALL day! After taking a dip in the (freezing) stream, the group headed back to the Inn to shower and get ready for the main event.
There were so many special moments during this wedding day: Bridesmaids swooping in to save the day when the hair and make-up ladies were late; our friend
Kyle showing off his servant heart making sure everyone was well taken care of the entire night; home brewed beer made by the groom and one of his groomsmen; family heirlooms worn to honor family members who had passed away; and we especially loved Scott’s reaction when he saw Sandy for the first time! All so beautiful.
Glass House Winery, nestled just outside of Charlottesville in Free Union, provided a stunning backdrop for Scott and Sandy’s vineyard wedding. We got a sneak peek of this place when we shot
S+S engagement shoot and we think it’s awesome!
Scott and Sandy (and family and friends), enjoy some of our favorites from your beautiful day! We were so honored to be there and we have loved getting to know you through this journey! Thank you for welcoming us and making us feel right at home. We hope you guys had SUCH a great time on your honeymoon in Italy! We can’t wait to hang out soon! (Ice cream at Willy’s, maybe???)
